In 2015, Soul food Cypher was approached by the City of Atlanta and the A3C Festival to curate and host a series of cyphers on the newly commissioned Atlanta Streetcar.
Streetcar passengers and numerous Emcees were taken on a lyrical tour through the Old Fourth Ward and iconic Downtown Atlanta. Emcees and guests alike improvised rhymes and lyrics using word cues culled from Atlanta’s rich history and provided a modern take on said history in real-time.
